A man whose frozen body was found Friday in Glen Campbell had likely been in a fight earlier in the day, but that wasn't what killed him, according to Indiana County coroner Michael Baker.
Christopher Brandner, 28, did not die of hypothermia either, according a press release from the coroner's office. Toxicology tests will likely be what determines the cause of death for the man, whose body was found in a vacant lot next to 156 Glenwood Ave.
Authorities believe Mr. Brandner had been in a fight but an autopsy revealed that there was "insufficient trauma to have contributed in any significant way" to his death, according to the coroner's office.
The coroner, Pennsylvania State Police in the Punxsutawney barracks and the Indiana County district attorney investigated the scene.
