Controller Chelsa Wagner gives birth to baby boy

Chelsa Wagner gave birth Saturday to a son, the second for the Allegheny County controller and her husband, Khari Mosley.
Isaiah Wagner Mosley was born shortly after midnight and was delivered by the Midwives at Magee practice at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC. The baby weighed 9.1 pounds and was 22 inches long at birth, and both mother and child are doing well, said Nick Hays, a spokesman for Ms. Wagner.
Ms. Wagner will be at home with her newborn for two weeks, but will return to work the week of Feb. 27.
