Brentwood man admits role in Moon bank robbery

A Brentwood man pleaded guilty today to the November 2011 robbery of the Citizens Bank in Moon.

Christopher Lyons, 32, faces sentencing for bank robbery in U.S. District Court on March 25.

Police reported that when they arrested Mr. Lyons at his home last year, he had stabbed himself in the neck, wrist and leg. They used tear gas in the process of negotiating his surrender.

He will be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Cathy Bissoon.
