Woman shot in chest in Beaver Falls

Beaver Falls police are investigating an afternoon shooting that left one woman wounded.
Beaver County dispatchers said around 3:17 p.m. a woman had been shot in the chest at an address in the 500 block of 13th Street. The unidentified woman was flown to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment. There was no word on her condition. Police are searching for three people who were seen in the area around the time of the shooting.
