Center -- Penn State University will sponsor "Culture and Development: Effects on Reasoning about Gender Equity" from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday in room 16 in the Student Union Building on its Beaver campus, 1 Campus Drive. Center -- Current or prospective Penn State students majoring or planning to major in engineering, technology, design or business and with an interest in the auto industry are encouraged to apply for the Buick Achievers Scholarship Program, which awards 100 scholarships annually, each up to $25,000, and also offers 1,000 annual scholarships, each at $2,000.
