FOR CHILDREN

Moon -- The children's department of the Moon Township Public Library, Suite 100, 1700 Beaver Grade Road, will hold a Family Fall Night at 6:30 p.m. Friday. Information: 412-269-0334.

HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS

Robinson -- Take a spooky walk through the haunted halls of Carlynton Junior-Senior High School, 435 Kings Highway, from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday and 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Admission: $5; $3 for age 12 and younger. Sponsored by Carlynton Cougar Marching Band.

Collier -- "Night Walk on the Panhandle Trail" will feature 100 carved and glowing lanterns starting at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Walkers Mill trail entrance. Children younger than 12 will receive free treat bags at the trail quarry. Hot cider and hot chocolate will be available. Bonfires will be lit. Free admission and parking.

Crafton -- A haunted house will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Crafton United Presbyterian Church, Bradford Avenue. Admission: $2, which benefits youth mission projects. Information: 412-921-2293.

McDonald -- Heritage Public Library, 52 Fourth St., will host a Halloween Spooktacular at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Information: 724-926-8240.

Moon -- A Halloween Spooktacular will offer activities and treat bags to the first 400 children from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Moon Park,1350 Ewing Road. Participants are invited to wear costumes.

North Fayette -- The township parks and recreation board is sponsoring its first fall festival featuring a Halloween costume parade, hayride, candy for children and pumpkin decorating from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the community park.

FUNDRAISERS

Moon -- Moon Township Public Library, Suite 100, 1700 Beaver Grade Road, will hold a wine and cheese fundraiser from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Cost: $30 in advance, $35 at the door. Information: 412-269-0334.

Beaver Falls -- The theater department of Geneva College will present "The Little Prince" at 8 p.m. Thursday through Sunday from next Thursday to Nov. 3 and 2 p.m. Oct. 27 and Nov. 3 in the college's Studio Theatre, Fourth Avenue.
