FOR CHILDREN

South Fayette -- The South Fayette Township Library, 515 Millers Run Road, will hold magic shows with Al Mazing at 2 and 3 p.m. Saturday in conjunction with its summer kickoff. Registration is required, as space is limited to 25 children. Information: 412-257-8660.

FOR PARENTS

Moon -- The children's department of the Moon Township Public Library, Suite 100, 1700 Beaver Grade Road, will hold "Bravo Babies Music & Sign Language" at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Registration: 412-269-0334.

RECREATION

New Brighton -- The Merrick Art Gallery, 1100 Fifth Ave., will hold the following children's art camps from June 18-22 and June 25-29. The cost is $55 per week, with payment due in advance. Participants should wear old clothes. Information: 724-846-1130.

• Making paints, painting, cartooning, making paper, drawing and working in clay, for children ages 5-12, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participants should bring bag lunches.

• Wheel-thrown pottery, for children ages 9-12, 2 to 4 p.m. Participants should bring old towels.
