Crafton road closed by water-main break back open

A water main break closed Willard Street in Crafton until 1 p.m. today, a spokesman for Pennsylvania American Water said.
Spokesman Gary Lobaugh said the break occurred in a 6-inch main pipe, putting 30 customers out of service. Breaks are usually caused by the age of the pipe, he said.
