Parking garages to be built in RIDC Park West

Findlay supervisors tonight approved development plans by U.S. Real Estate L.P. of San Antonio, Texas, to build two parking garages in RIDC Park West.
The $6 million project will serve two Park Place Corporate Center buildings, where natural gas pipeline company Williams Midstream plans to occupy leased space. The Tulsa, Okla.-based firm is involved locally with the Marcellus Shale industry.
Carl Walker Construction Inc. of Robinson plans to build a two-level, 300-space garage and a three-level, 323-space garage on Commerce Drive. Work is expected to begin next month and be completed this summer, project manager Chris McElhaney said.
