Driver killed after skidding on black ice on McKees Rocks Bridge

A man was killed early Thursday when his SUV crashed into a boom truck on the McKees Rocks Bridge, shutting it down for about three hours.
County homicide Sgt. Scott Scherer said Chris Puhlman, 59, of McKees Rocks was crossing the bridge about 7:45 a.m. headed toward the city when he hit black ice, crossed the center line and struck the oncoming truck. The truck driver won't face charges, the sergeant said.
