Beaver County man dies in crash

A Beaver County man died in a Sunday night crash in Hanover.
Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver said in a news release that Lawrence William Daniel Schulz, 30, of Georgetown, was driving on State Route 30 near Powell Road about 8:20 p.m. when he failed to make a left bend and went off the right side of the road. His SUV struck an embankment and went airborne, hitting two trees before coming to a rest about 14 feet from the road.
Mr. Schulz, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown out of the SUV and died at the scene, police said.
