Authorities working to identify remains found in North Fayette

Investigators are working to identify skeletal remains found Tuesday on a hillside behind the Home Depot store in North Fayette.
Hunters noticed the partially clothed remains around 4 p.m. and summoned police.
The medical examiner confirmed yesterday that the remains are of an older man.
Police and the medical examiner still are working to determine the identity and the cause and manner of death.
Some loose clothing items and a duffel bag with more garments were found near the remains, the medical examiner said.
