Woman dies of injuries suffered in Washington crash

A Washington woman died of injuries she had previously sustained in a car crash, officials said Wednesday.

Kimberly Copechal, 44, was pronounced dead at UPMC Presbyterian at 6:13 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Allegheny County medical examiner's office, which ruled the death an accident. Workers in the medical examiner's office said they had no details about the crash, except that it was being investigated by Washington city police.

Washington police could not be reached for comment Wednesday night.
