Two teenagers are being held in the Westmoreland County Prison today on charges that they killed a Monessen man earlier this month.
Detectives wrote in an affidavit that Earl Pinkney, 19, of Monessen, confessed to being with two other men when Chris Fincik, 26, was killed inside his Maple Avenue home during a botched robbery earlier this month.
Investigators also wrote that Chalsee Hughes, 19, of Duquesne, confessed to using her identification to purchase ammunition for two men that matched some shell casings collected at the crime scene.
Mr. Pinkney and Ms. Hughes both face charges of homicide, robbery and conspiracy. Neither had an attorney on file tonight.
