Nottingham -- Washington County commissioners will lead a ceremony at 7 p.m. next Thursday to open the new walking and biking trail at Mingo Creek County Park. Meet in the Shelter 4 Parking Area, near the Ebenezer Covered Bridge for a walk that will conclude at the trailhead of the Henry Covered Bridge. Water will be provided, but dress for light hiking.
