The South Fayette school board voted 9-0 tonight to reappoint Superintendent Bille P. Rondinelli for five years.

"You've done a wonderful job," school board member Len Fornella told the superintendent.

Under a negotiated employment contract extending through June 30, 2018, Ms. Rondinelli's annual salary of $145,315 may increase based on performance evaluations.

Ms. Rondinelli, who holds a doctorate, originally was appointed from Sept. 1, 2009, through June 30, 2013, at a starting salary of $125,000.
