Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a Fayette County teenager accused of shooting a boy in Redstone last week.

Deago Eddings, 16, is thought to spend most of his time between Brownsville and Uniontown, where he lives, police said.

Troopers charged Deago as an adult with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and a firearms violation after they said he opened fire at the Hunters Ridge complex on Tuesday, striking a 7-year-old boy.

Deago was last spotted wearing black shorts and black-and-red Air Jordan shoes.

State police in Belle Vernon are asking anyone with information about Deago's whereabouts to call them at 724-929-6262.
