A Pittsburgh woman is in custody in the kidnapping of an infant in Fayette County this morning but Pennsylvania State Police are still trying to determine the circumstances.

Yvonne Ican Bradley, 46, was in custody this afternoon on a kidnapping charge.

Troopers said Ms. Bradley was found walking in Uniontown this morning with the 3-month-old girl shortly after her mother called 911 to report that her daughter had been taken from the Heritage Inn, where they had been staying.

The girl was unharmed.

Trooper Stefanie Plume said questioning has led police to believe that Ms. Bradley had schemed to take the baby for her own.
