Pittsburgh area mall with walker programs

Here are some other suburban malls with walker programs. All are free and open to the public:

Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills

The mall in Frazer is open to walkers from 7 to 10 a.m. daily. Allegheny Valley Hospital sponsors the Mills Milers Mall Walkers. Members receive an ID badge, log book, schedule of events and discounts from participating retailers. Register at Destination Wellness (in the mall).

The Mall at Robinson

The mall is open to walkers from 7 to 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 to 10 a.m. Sunday. Markers indicate mileage. Members of The Soulful Mall Walkers receive rewards ranging from certificates to T-shirts. Information at guest services on the lower level. A quarterly program is presented by sponsor Heritage Valley Health System.

Monroeville Mall

The mall is open to walkers from 7:30 to 10 a.m. daily. There is no organized group.

Ross Park Mall

The mall is open to walkers from 8 to 10 a.m. daily. Markers indicate mileage. UPMC Passavant sponsors the Mall Walkers Program with monthly educational presentations that include prize drawings. Registration cards are available at the mall information desk.
