Mansfield Bridge restricted to alternating traffic today

The Mansfield Bridge spanning the Monongahela River between McKeesport and Dravosburg will have an alternating one-way traffic pattern from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. today during pavement patching, the Allegheny County Public Works Department announced. Police will direct traffic.
