Elizabeth Forward teacher faces trial on sex charges

An Elizabeth Forward High School teacher was held for trial yesterday on charges that he sexually assaulted a female student.
The preliminary hearing for Brian Brosh, 40, on charges of endangering the welfare of children, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors was held before District Judge Beth S. Mills in Elizabeth Borough.
Authorities added a charge of aggravated assault.
Police said the charges stem from sexual activity that took place at school in 2003-04 while the student was 16.
