Allegheny County police are searching for a man who they say fired several shots into a home in Clairton as part of a recent dispute between two long-feuding families.

Detectives obtained a warrant for Cornell Hurt, 23, in connection with a shooting early Friday in the 100 block of Baker Avenue. He will be charged with attempted homicide, criminal conspiracy, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, carrying a firearm without a license, aggravated assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.

Three other homes in Clairton were riddled with bullets that morning in shootings police say may have been retaliatory.

In a criminal complaint, detectives said Hurt may have been targeting Lindsey Wright, whose brother, Keith, was convicted of killing his brother, Tauvea Hurt, at a New Year's Day party in 2011.
