ATF offers reward on Linder's fire in McKees Rocks

The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the Oct. 10 arson at Linder's rug business in McKees Rocks, the agency announced today.

The morning fire at 701 Yunker Street caused around $2 million in damages, according to the bureau's press release, but no injuries. The cause has been ruled to be arson, and the bureau, the Allegheny County Police and the county Fire Marshal's Office are conducting a joint investigation.
