A Natrona woman who was stopped by police for speeding now is facing drug charges.
State police at Kittanning said Rhonda Lee Bowling, 42, was traveling along Route 28 Tuesday night when she was pulled over for speeding. Police said in a statement issued today that an odor of marijuana was detected. Ultimately, Ms. Bowling and a passenger, James B. Washington, 40, of Pittsburgh, were criminally charged. Some 109 grams of marijuana was found in the vehicle, police said.
