The couple met at the gazebo in Etna, where they formed a lifelong friendship that eventually blossomed into something more. So it seemed only fitting that the couple got married Monday night -- New Year's Eve -- at that same gazebo.
Located downtown on Butler Street, the gazebo was decorated with beautiful white fabric and tiny, bright white lights that surrounded the top of the tiny structure.
As Franklin and Daniele exchanged vows, they were serenaded not just by the applause and cheers of wedding guests, but by the good-natured horn-tooting of passing motorists.
The bride's mother, Susanne Snyder, described Monday's event as "a fairy tale wedding."
