Three-car crash snarls Parkway North traffic

A three-vehicle crash on the inbound Parkway North has snarled rush-hour traffic this morning.
The crash occurred around 7:40 a.m. near Mount Nebo Road and left one car upside down. Crews were on the scene and traffic was getting by in one lane on the shoulder.
At 8:15 a.m., traffic was backing from the crash site beyond the Interstate 79 split and nearly to the Wexford exit.
