Route 28 resurfacing at Millvale may cause outbound delays

Repaving of outbound Route 28 at the Millvale interchange is expected to cause delays for the next three nights.
Weather permitting, the work will begin at 8 p.m. today through Saturday and conclude by 5 a.m. the next day. Traffic may be stopped at times.
The ramp from Millvale to northbound Route 28 will be closed during the work hours and reopen by 5 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Traffic will be detoured using the 40th Street Bridge to Butler Street to the Highland Park Bridge to northbound Route 28.
