Route 28 inbound restrictions scheduled for Saturday

Inbound Route 28 will be down to one lane from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday as Equitable Gas crews disconnect lines between the 31st Street Bridge and the East Ohio Street exit.

PennDOT said motorists should expect delays.
