Ross woman who disappeared from Pittsburgh doctor's office found in West View

Ross police found a missing woman with "diminished mental capacity" who had walked away from a doctor's office in Pittsburgh today.

Lois Benedette, 75, was taken from Favers care home in Ross to a doctor's office in the city this morning. About 10 a.m., she walked away from the office, Ross Detective Brian Kohlhepp said in a press release.

She was found this afternoon at a Giant Eagle store in West View.
