PennDOT reopens Route 366 ramp onto Route 28 north

The ramp from Route 366-Bull Creek Road to northbound Route 28 in Tarentum and Fawn opened today, four days ahead of schedule, PennDOT announced. It had been closed since Oct. 9 for reconstruction.
