The FBI has captured a Philadelphia man, who was fleeing charges related to a shooting that injured three people at a New Castle bar last month.

Willie Claren Harden Jr., 20, was arrested without incident Friday, at a Wendy's restaurant in El Paso, Texas, near the University of Texas campus. The FBI said Mr. Harden fled to El Paso because he had family there.

Last month, he was charged with three counts of attempted murder and two counts of assault after three people were shot in the Elks Club in New Castle following a fight on March 14. He now faces an additional federal charge for fleeing to avoid prosecution.
