An Etna woman injured in a Labor Day crash on Route 28 in O'Hara died Thursday morning.

Theresa Speck, 48, was pronounced dead in UPMC Presbyterian shortly before 5 a.m. An autopsy is planned.

State police said Ms. Speck, the only person in the vehicle, was traveling north on Route 28 between RIDC and Harmar when her car left the road just before 12:30 a.m. Monday, rolled over and landed on its roof.

Troopers said Ms. Speck was not wearing a seat belt "and alcohol is believed to be a factor, although the investigation is continuing."
