Butler man charged in fatal crash

A Butler County man -- who state police say was driving under the influence of a controlled substance when his truck struck a vehicle head on, killing the driver -- has been arrested.
Justin P. Enslen, 25, of Renfrew, Pa. has been charged with a felony count each of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and an accident involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, as well as various DUI charges and traffic violations.
The Dodge Ram that Mr. Enslen was driving eastbound on Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township on Feb. 18 crossed into the westbound lane, hitting a Nissan Frontier, state police said.
The Frontier's driver, Mark Bishop, 52, of Butler died. His passenger sustained minor injuries, state police said.
Mr. Enslen is being held in Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail.
