22-year-old killed in New Castle crash

A 22-year-old man is dead after an early morning accident in New Castle.
State police said Matthew Criscito, of New Castle was killed after his vehicle struck a utility pole around 8:07 a.m. at East Washington Street and Clarence Avenue. Police said they believe Mr. Criscito had fallen asleep while driving home from work and was not wearing a seat belt.
