Wilmerding man held on child porn charges

A Wilmerding man was taken into custody Monday on child pornography charges.

Detectives with the Allegheny County district attorney's office arrested Don Montedoro, 38. An undercover officer determined that he was using his computer to download child porn, according to an affidavit.

Police searched his home on Welsh Avenue in June and said he admitted to downloading porn.
