A former assistant professor of special education at Seton Hill University who was indicted in November for possession of child pornography now faces additional charges of production of the materials, U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton's office announced Tuesday.
Balazs Tarnai, 36, formerly of Greensburg, enticed four boys to engage in sexual conduct and made photos and videos of them in late 2008 and early 2009, according to the new indictment. He is set to be arraigned July 19.
Mr. Tarnai "wishes to fight these charges vigorously," said his attorney, Alexander Lindsay Jr. In November, Mr. Tarnai pleaded not guilty to the charges of possession and receipt of child pornography.
