Autopsy results pending in death of East Hills toddler

A spokesman for the Allegheny County medical examiner said this morning that an autopsy on the body of a 21-month-old boy is as yet inconclusive.
Xavier Washington was found dead in his East Hills home Saturday. Pittsburgh police are investigating the death, which has been described by officials as suspicious.
The Allegheny County medical examiner's office said an autopsy was conducted Saturday afternoon but that results won't be finalized until additional testing and laboratory work is completed.
