Parkway East traffic to be halted briefly Sunday

Traffic will be stopped briefly in both directions on the Parkway East in Wilkins and Monroeville on Sunday morning while Comcast strings new lines over the highway.

The first stoppage of about 10 minutes will be at 9 a.m. at the Rodi Road exit; the second will be at 11 a.m. west of the Monroeville-Pennsylvania Turnpike interchange.
