North Versailles man charged in young mother's killing

Allegheny County police have charged a man in the death of Susan Hammond, a young mother found shot to death in a North Versailles parking lot in August.
Dorian Williams, 20, of North Versailles, was already in the Allegheny County Jail but was awaiting arraignment on a homicide charge.
The body of Ms. Hammond, 24, was found the morning of Aug. 27 in the parking lot of an apartment building by a man who was headed to work.
She died of a single gunshot wound to the head, the Allegheny County medical examiner's office ruled.
