McKeesport teen dies at hospital

A McKeesport teenager who was shot in the neck last week died today at UPMC Presbyterian.
The Allegheny County Medical Office identified the boy as Emmanuel White, 16. He died of a penetrating gunshot wound to the neck at 12:01 a.m.
Police said the victim, who lived in the Harrison Village housing project, was shot around 8:10 p.m. Thursday on the corner of Craig Street and Brownlee Street near the Crawford Village housing project in McKeesport.
Police are investigating the possibility that the shooting is connected to an ongoing feud between residents in the two developments.
