McKeesport man dies following motorcycle accident

A McKeesport man who was injured in a weekend motorcycle crash died in the hospital Wednesday night.

Jordan Spence, 21, was driving a motorcycle on Maryland Avenue in North Versailles when he struck a utility pole about 7:15 p.m. Sunday, according to the Allegheny County medical examiner's office.

Mr. Spence was pronounced dead in UPMC Presbyterian shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Officials said there was a passenger riding on Mr. Spence's motorcycle. The passenger's condition was not immediately available.
