Maryland man killed in Somerset County accident

A Frostburg, Md., man riding as a passenger in a vehicle traveling in Somerset County died early Saturday in a crash on Route 160 that also severely injured the driver.
State police identified the victim as Anthony Michael David Winter. His age was not released.
According to state police, the driver, Ronald Lee Streets, 27, also of Frostburg was headed north on Route 160 in Wellersburg when he lost control while negotiating a curve around 2 a.m., police said. The vehicle veered off the west side of the road and overturned, ejecting both occupants, neither of whom had been using a seat belt, according to police.
Mr. Streets was in the intensive care unit of the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center in Cumberland, Md., KDKA-TV reported.
