It's almost time for runners and walkers to put their best feet forward for a worthy cause.
The third annual Race for Grace 5K run and walk and 1-mile walk, which will begin at 9 a.m. March 20 at Norwin High School, 251 McMahon Drive, North Huntingdon.
It is in memory of Grace Ekis, 5, who died in February 2008 of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, the rarest and worst of pediatric brain tumors. She was from North Huntingdon.
The cost is $25, $20 for age 12 and under. Proceeds will go to the Reflections of Grace Foundation.

If you are looking for good taste, the 18th annual Taste of Westmoreland will be from 6 to 9 p.m. March 13 in Chambers Hall (the student union) at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.
Congregation Emanu-El Israel, as always, is hosting the event. About 1,000 participants are expected, and they will taste specialties of 30 restaurants and caterers from the county.
The cost is $20 in advance, $22 at door, and $10 for age 12 and under.
