Greensburg -- The Westmoreland Youth Symphony Orchestra Philharmonic will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Carol Ann Reichgut Concert Hall at Seton Hill University's Performing Arts Center, 100 Harrison Ave. The orchestra will present "Dance of the Comedians" by Smetana, selected movements from Bizet's "Carmen" Suites No. 1 and 2 and Borodin's "In the Steppes of Central Asia."
