An area in Pittsburgh's Sheraden neighborhood remains closed to traffic after a vehicle crash this morning that downed some Duquesne Light wires.

Minton Street, Glenmawr Avenue and Brooch Way in that neighborhood are closed because a pole was sheared off at Minton and Zephyr Avenue. Crews are on scene making repairs.

Duquesne Light spokesman Joe Vallarian said customers still have power, but he did not know how long repairs will take or how long the roads in the area are expected to be closed.

The cause of the crash was not available this morning.
