Cooler containing deodorant, deemed suspicious, disrupts Liberty Avenue traffic

Pittsburgh police reopened the intersection of West Liberty Avenue, Brookline Boulevard and Wenzell Avenue this morning after a when a suspicious red cooler contained nothing more than Old Spice Classic deodorant.

The closure began shortly after 8 a.m. and lasted about a half-hour.

A caller reported the red cooler left on a sidewalk.
