4 injured when Port Authority bus, van collide

Four riders suffered minor injuries Wednesday when a Port Authority bus collided with a van near the West End Bridge.

The crash involving an outbound G2 West Busway-All Stops bus occurred at 4:11 p.m. on West Carson Street, authority spokesman Jim Ritchie said. The cause remained under investigation today.

The four suffered neck and back injuries. The bus windshield broke and the vehicle had to be towed away.
