Route 28-Veterans Bridge ramps open this weekend

Planned closures of the ramps from southbound Route 28 to the Veterans Bridge and from the bridge to northbound Route 28 this weekend have been scrapped because of bad weather, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced Friday.
