Police seeking vehicle involved in hit-run accident

Pittsburgh police are looking for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident.

Police are looking for a light-colored, full-size sedan involved in a Friday morning hit-and-run that left a woman in critical condition.

The 59-year-old woman was struck in the 3600 block of Bates Street. Surveillance video shows seconds before 6:45 a.m., the sedan moves left to right across the screen at the intersection of Atwood and Bates streets.

Anyone with information is asked to call the city collision investigation unit at 412-937-3051. Callers may remain anonymous.
