A man was seriously injured when he was struck this morning by a vehicle that then fled the scene.
An emergency dispatch supervisor said the hit-and-run accident occurred at 2:18 a.m. on Frankstown Avenue in Homewood.
The man was taken to UPMC Presybterian.
No other details were available.
